As a Brand Experience Designer for Delta Air Lines, I have over twenty years of experience creating distinct connections with consumers that build relationships for a lifetime. I believe that to truly design an experience, each touchpoint throughout the brand journey must be considered carefully and each element should be in the same cohesive voice. Through a multi-disciplinary approach that blends brand and experience strategy, design, marketing communications and contemporary art, I create experiences that connect people and brands in an immersive, comprehensive way.
